Was elected MP in 1947 on the list of the
Communist Party;
Became Chairman of the National Trade Union
of Construction Industry Workers.

Vice-Chairman: Mikloe WAS-WITTEG Prior to the war First Secretary of the
Iron Workers' Union. Member of the old
Socialist Party;
Was elected MP in 1947;
Secretary of State at the Ministry of Building
and Public Works;
Was arrested in 1951 and probably released
in 1955.

First Secretary: Sandor GASPAR Car mechanic;
Became Secretary of the Iron Workers' Union
and member of the Central Committee of
the Hungarian Workers' Party in 1951;
MP;
Became member of the Presidium and Secretary
of the Hungarian Trades Union Council in
1953;
Became President of the Hungarian Trades
Union Council and member of the Presidium
of the Hungarian People's Republic in 1955;
Since July 1956 alternate member of the
Politbureau of the Hungarian Workers'
Party;
Member of the parliamentary foreign,
economic and financial committees.
